Oklahoma just kept getting hit with tornados and one being a EF5 tornado which crushed Moore, Oklahoma. I always had an intrest in tornados but living in Kitchener I never got an chance to see one. I hear the reason a lot of tornados happen in Texas, Kansas, Oklahoma is because of the cold air from Canada and hot moist air from South America causing unstable conditions. I remember last year there was a tornado warning in the summer and I thought this was my chance to see one but I didn't see any touch down. I saw a video where two cars were trying to get away and things were just getting thrown at them their windows got broken. That was one of the best storm chase video I have seen. How would you feel if you saw a storm that led to a tornado? For me t depends on the size of the tornado and where I am. If I am at my school then a normal tornado would scare me but if I am at my big bulding underground then it would have to be a pretty big tornado to make scared. Being a storm chaser is a job that I would like to do because of my intrest in tornados and the thrill that comes with the job. I feel bad for the people that lost family and their houses.

I read a book called Bar Code Tattoo and we did chats when we finished four parts of the book. Our teacher asked some questions related the book. One question was what could robots never do as well as humans? What are negative and positive aspects of the Bar Code Tattoo and would you get it? A question was can you be whatever you want to be?
There are some jobs I believe humans now can do better than robots. One of those jobs is painting because there is a lot of detail and this goes for different kinds of art as well but as robots get smarter maybe they can best us at everything we do. Maybe robots could take care of us and do all the things that make not so great. I think it’s worth the risk considering they might take over.
I think there are quite a few positive and negative aspects of getting the bar code but what would you do?
A positive thing about thing about the bar code is it simplifies your life so you don't have to carry a wallet or get a new card if you lost it. The bar code is very convenient and you can't lose because it’s a tattoo. The bad part is that the government know everything about you, it violates your privacy, it seems that there is a mystery with the barcode and people reporting the barcode is ruining your life. I think I would not get it until they made it a law to have a barcode because I don't think it would be worth fighting anymore.
There was also a question asking if you could be whatever you wanted to be in the world we live in today. I don't think you can become whatever you want to be even if you try you’re hardest especially if you want to become a singer, actor, athlete, etc. It can also be hard to become a doctor because you can't afford medical school. Today it’s hard to find a job and is even harder to find the perfect job for you.


 

I want to blog about how I feel about school. I like high school a lot better than middle school because you get to pick some of your classes and you only have four. I don't hate school but it feels like the stuff I learn will not be used or will be forgotten when I leave high school. School would be better if there is no homework because I procrastinate.
The one thing about me and not the school that makes it harder is procrastination. I just hate doing homework in the night because I didn't do it earlier and quite a few times I don't get it done. Also when I have a week to get a big project done and I leave it the day before its due date. That also can lead to late marks if I can't get it done the day before.
I try not to miss school to much because that is a great to fall beyond and lower your mark. I usually don't do great the first part of the semester and then pick it about later which is another bad habit I plan to break. I still have not failed any classes which is good news to me. The idea that I spend all that time in class for nothing has to be a horrible feeling. Any tips to break these habits?  

Do you ever think ever think about what you want to be or if you want a family. Do you want to enjoy your job or make a lot of money. Do you want any kids or just a spouse. Where do you want to live when you grow up or do you want to live in Kitchener the rest of life. Are you going to college, university, or go straight to work after you graduate high school.
I don't know if I want a family because kids are pretty expensive to have I don't think I even want to have a kid, and if I buy a house it only has to be one room. Money for me is nice to have but if I could get a job that I enjoy than that would make life a lot better. As I said earlier I don't really want kids. I don't think I wanna live in Kitchener the rest of my life. I would like to live somewhere warm and low cost of living.
I don't think there is much chance I want or can go to university but I think I will go to college if I have the opportunity but if I can't get in a college then I will have to go straight to work. If I don't go to college then I like the idea of becoming a bank teller because it seems like a job I would be good at. Well I can't predict the future but that's how it might happen.

I think sports can be a lot of fun if you play with them with friends. My favorite sport to watch and play is basketball. I don't play the game that much basketball as I used to but its still fun to play once in a while. At one point I used to be pretty good at the game. I was a shooter. At that time I took a lot of shoots from 3 because I hit a good percentage if I was open.
I was at my best in middle school because I played at school and after school. It was a lot of fun. When I got into high school, I didn't play that much. So I have become much worse now, I can hardly hit a shot. I just hang out with friends in the library instead of playing basketball in the gym. The only other sport I used to play was soccer and that was as a kid with my uncle. I didn't play that long.
I don;t play hockey but I watch it. This will be the first time I will see the Toronto Maple Leafs play in the playoffs. In 2007 I started to actually watch the game and understand it. I second favorite team is the Red Wings but they don't look good this year. The last time the Leafs made the playoffs was in 2004 but they are a different team now and I hope they make the playoffs most years.
 

I love this time of the year when the NHL and NBA playoffs are about to begin. I really didn't think things would turn out this way. In hockey the Red wings almost never had to fight for their playoffs lives since I started watching hockey. The Maple Leafs look good this year and I think I will see them in the playoffs first time live. All they need to do is win 3 of their last 7 games left.
In the NBA a team that won the champion in 2009 and 2010 is struggling for their playoff lives are the LA Lakers. The Miami Heat are the best team in the NBA and I believe they will storm in the playoffs winning game after game. If they do lose it would be interesting to see who would win. The east besides the Heat and Knicks suck compared to the west. 
I think the NHL playoffs are going to be better than NBA because the East is weak and I don't belive the anyone can beat the Miami Heat. The NHL is a lot different, there are lots of good teams and I really think a lot of teams
 that can win the cup which is going to be great. The NBA playoffs starts on april 20 and the NHL playoffs start on april 30. I think the playoffs are going to be great for the NHL.       

I always thought what it what like to be rich. Just have all the money you well ever need in the bank. You would never have to go to school or work. Think about it, you spend a good part of your day doing something you don't like to make money. You might not want all that money to buy things but just so you don't have to work anymore.
I don't like the idea of spending a lot of the day doing something you don't like to do. It can cause a lot of stress in your life which can lead to other problems in your life. Money can make your life a lot better but in can also make full of stress if your behind on your bills. If you work a lot you can if have more money but I think there is a line.
I don't get how some people work 70-80 hours a week. Your life will be built around your work and there will be no time for fun and relax. I think there life would be filled with stress ,yes they would have a lot of money but would it be worth most of the time in the day. I think 7-8 hours is a good because you will make money ,still have time the time to do fun things and relax. I think you should try not to be consumed by your work life.

 Lets start with the bad news which is the Toronto Raptors. When Toronto captured Rudy Gay things looked very good the first 10 games. They were playing well and as a team and at a point won 6 out of 7 games. Then things started to change for the Raptors when Rudy Gay started to come back to his normal stats. Things started to change.I can say the Raptors just are not playing good and are quite unlikely to make the playoffs.
The Toronto maple leafs are not doing great but they still are in a playoff seed. They lost 5 of their last 6 but two of those loses were in overtime so they get 1 point for each overtime loss. I don't know who their next game is with but after that they face Boston twice. A team which the Leafs have not had luck with. I do think the Leafs will make the playoffs.
One good thing about these teams is they are both young so they are not likely to get worse so over the years. The Raptors were not a great team and they might do better next year when they play together longer but for now its not good. The Leafs have been a good team and are in a playoff seed but got in a slide of late but won their last game 4-2. Well see what happens.
